On 30 and 31 March, Fabio Sakara, a former professional footballer, now a solidarity champion, will be engaged in a real 24-hour marathon, in which he will attempt a world record on his BikeErg. A real sporting event, which will take place in Pomezia in Piazza Indipendenza starting at 10.30, in collaboration with the Fibrous Cystic Onlus Foundation.

Alongside Sakara, during the event, sporting guests will take turns to support the initiative and contribute to the research. Max Lanza will attend the initiative and contribute to the event through the sponsor Cepi T.A.A.S. An important commitment to which the pilot takes a lot “to remind everyone of the important steps taken by the research in recent years to counter this disease”. “It is important to contribute as we can – continues Max Lanza – to improve the quality of life of all those who daily face their battle against cystic fibrosis”.

A day of awareness to which the pilot will actively participate by riding alongside Sakara on one of the thirty BikeErg that will be in Piazza Indipendenza.
