Rome, Italy – A great and new challenge in the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series is on the way to rock for Max Lanza. Reigning EuroNASCAR 2 Legend Trophy champion, in 2022 Lanza will make his debut in the Pro Division and aim to be protagonist of the Challenger Trophy. There are many news for the Italian driver, who will share his Chevrolet Camaro #88 fielded by CAAL Racing with Alberto Naska, YouTube star, at the debut in EuroNASCAR 2.

Ready to fly to Valencia, Max Lanza comments: “This is not my first season in EuroNASCAR, for sure. But it is as if it were. This season, working together with all my partners, we created something of extraordinary, an awesome project that brought also to show my docufilm live on TV, a real big success. I will race between the ‘PRO’, very fast guys with many season of experience and tons of talent. We had some test days in the winter, but it not will be so easy to fight with them since the first race. Luckily we have an entire season to grow up race by race. It is a dream that comes true. And it’s happening to me! Can’t wait to switch on the engine of my Camaro on Thursday, for the pre season test session!” said Lanza, who will share the cockpit with Naska, a real internet star. “I wish all my best to Alberto, at his debut in his toughest challenge in his motorsport life. He showed a good potential in the test and I’m confident he will be very competitive. Thanks to his communication skills, Naska will bring the #88 to another level!”

The 2022 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series season will kick off this weekend in Spain, with the first two race held by Valencia Circuit. The qualifying session and all the races will be live streaming on Max Lanza Facebook page and EuroNASCAR YouTube channel.
