Magione, Italy – The 2020 EuroNASCAR campaign of Max Lanza restarted this weekend with an intense test day on the Magione track. The CAAL Racing driver, after a long break due the COVID pandemic, went back to seat at the wheel of his #88 Chevrolet, ready to prepare the 2020 EuroNASCAR 2 season.

Finally we are back on track! After so many months of forced stop, I needed some laps to…remember how to drive this amazing NASCAR car. Lap by lap I found and tasted once again all those feelings that only a racing car can give you.” commented Max Lanza, that this season aims to be a protagonist of the NASCAR Whelen Euro Series division dedicated to the rising talents.  “I have worked a lot with the team, we made many experiments with the setup. I’m confident we found a good solution that will allow us to do a big step forward during the season. I can’t wait to seat back again in my #88, waiting for the season start.

The renewed EuroNASCAR schedule was revealed in the last days: the 2020 campaign will kick off in Italy, where the Vallelunga track will host the season opener on 12th and 13th of September.
